Direct Cash Transfer Plus (DCT+) Evaluation

YP2F leads the evaluation for the Direct Cash Transfer Plus (DCT+) program in Oregon. This project follows 120 young people experiencing homelessness who receive an unrestricted stipend of $1,000 a month over two years. The evaluation uses qualitative interviews and survey data to understand the program's impact on housing stability, education, employment, social connections, stress levels, financial situation, and support received from community organizations. YP2F works with partners to develop surveys, pilot assessment tools, and engage with participants every 3 months.
